ROANOKE, TEXAS – More than twenty site directors who hosted qualifying events associated with the 2006 Pinnacle Exceptional Driver Championship (PEDC) are eligible for a $25,000 prize.

To have their names entered into a special drawing, PEDC site directors had to have conducted 2006 qualifiers with a minimum of 72 paid entries.

The $25,000 winner will be determined during the PEDC finals, scheduled for Nov. 8-11 at Laughlin Ranch Golf Club in Laughlin, Nevada.

Art Sellinger, owner and chief executive officer of Long Drivers of America (LDA) will conduct the drawing on the PEDC championship tee at Laughlin Ranch GC, immediately prior to the final round of the competition.

The PEDC, which tests accurate power, gives amateur golfers a chance to compete for a $100,000 purse, a $50,000 first prize and a new Honda S2000 Roadster.

Winners from 132 regional qualifying events will participate in the finals in Laughlin.

A 60-minute highlights package from the PEDC finals debuts on ESPN2 on Friday, November 24, at 3 p.m. EST.
