ATLANTIC CITY, NJ – (October 23, 2006) – A Golf Summit that will bring together five of the most powerful and influential organizations in the regional golf industry, plus three discussion panels that will target specific issues in golf, will highlight the International Network of Golf Regional Seminar, to be held in Atlantic City on October 25 and 26.
The two-day event begins on Wednesday, October 25 with an opening meeting and golf outing at Blue Heron Pines GC, followed by a networking dinner at Carmine’s of New York restaurant in the Tropicana Casino and Resort. The Tropicana will serve as host for most of the event and the Atlantic City Convention and Visitors Authority is the presenting sponsor.
On Thursday, October 26, a day of education, communication and networking begins with a keynote address by Dr. Bradley Klein, architecture editor for Golfweek and editor of Golfweek’s Superintendent News. Klein also is an author of two books on golf course architecture.
Before lunch, the morning session will contain two targeted panel discussions that focus on key issues in the golf industry. The lineup of panel discussions for the day is:

The ING Regional Seminar will be based at the Tropicana Resort and Casino in Atlantic City. On the first day, a golf tournament will be held on both courses at Blue Heron Pines GC, near Atlantic City. The seminars will take place in the Tropicana Conference Center.
The Mid-Atlantic Regional Golf Seminar is open to anyone who wants to learn more about the golf industry, network with some of its leaders or bring their latest ideas to the media.
