Mesquite, Nevada, October 28, 2006: The RE/MAX Long Drive World Championship senior division final was an exciting showdown between the 2005 champion Gerry James and the 2004 champion Bobby Wilson. In the final six-ball set, the 46 year old James from Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida bombed one 378 yards, 30 inches to beat Wilson’s 363 yards, 11 inches and collect the $35,000 first prize.
