Proline Sports Introduces The IGotcha Fixed

Orlando, FL: Proline Sports makers of the IGotcha Retriever and theThe IGotcha Ready warm up system signed a distribution agreement with the makers of the Fix-Master divot tool. The new IGotcha Fixed does something traditional divot tools cannot. I Gotcha Fixed offers golfers an opportunity to use some of their time waiting to putt fixing ball marks three or four at a time without bending to do it. It cleverly and discretely fastens to the end of any putter, and features four tapered prongs that gently lift the ball mark sod making perfect repairs without damaging the putting green surface. The scar from a severe ball mark heals far faster when properly repaired with an IGotcha Fixed than with a conventional divot repair tool.

Jim Light, president and founder of Pro Line Sports, comments: "This divot tool is different. Like most avid golfers, we sometimes choose a course to play based on green conditions, and ball marks are the biggest problem for most courses. The IGotcha Fixed in the hands of a few golfers each day will dramatically reduce this problem. This product makes it so easy to fix marks, I found myself repairing three or more every time I hit the green. A divot tool only works if you use it. You’ll use this one. No bending over and it’s actually fun." He also states, "Retailers are really seeing the benefit of this product and ordering it. Ultimately, better greens are our goal, but saving your back for making a swing is not a bad benefit either."

The four pointed prongs of the tool leave small holes around the ball mark. These holes act as aerators promoting faster healing of the surface. The tapered prongs penetrate the soil, imparting an effective lifting action that eliminates tearing of the grass roots. This is common when using a two-prong divot tool.

Another unique and helpful addition to the new IGotcha Fixed is that it incorporates a ball marker in the cap covering the divot tool when not in use. So, when a golfer gets to the green, the divot tool and marker are always available because they are conveniently placed on the handle of their putter. These ball markers can be custom imprinted for Tournament gifts or for use as promotional items.

The new IGotcha Fixed fastens to the end of the putter grip with a combination of a pressure sensitive tape and a specially designed, wide-flanged screw that attaches through the vent hole of the grip with no damage to the putter. The divot tool is ergonomically shaped to the correct angle to provide faster and easier repair of the ball mark. It has no effect on the golfer’s putting.
