CALIFON, NJ.— While Tiger Woods’ 9 worldwide victories and $10.3 million in official money locked up what will most likely be another Player of the Year award, there was another dominating performance in 2006. This standout generated 9 PGA Tour wins and contributed to over $21 million in tournament earnings over the course of the season. That performance was turned in by the Leaderboard Total Golf Trainer.
Stuart Appleby, Geoff Ogilvy, Rod Pampling, Arron Baddeley, John Senden, KJ Choi and Adam Scott all hoisted the winner’s trophy over their head. Appleby and Ogilvy both posted multiple victories. In the bag of each of these winners were different drivers, irons, putters and balls but the common ingredient in all these titles was the preparation that these champions made using the Leaderboard before, during and after their tournaments.
The tour players are not shy in giving the Leaderboard credit for their success:
2006 U.S. Open and World Match Play Champion, Geoff Ogilvy:
"The Leaderboard has been a part of my tournament preparation for the past two years. It is the most versatile training device I have ever used, and proved invaluable in the lead up to my victory in the U.S. Open. The exercises train those golf specific muscles to ‘fire’ at the right times, resulting in greater accuracy and longer hitting. Fantastic, I love it."
2006 Mercedes and Shell Open Champion, Stuart Appleby:
"I am not only a faithful user of the Leaderboard, I am an owner of the business as well and I would not jeopardize my reputation on a product that does not deliver results – so many of the guys use the product on tour now that in 2007, it will probably be bigger news if a player does not train with the Leaderboard."
2006 Tour Championship Winner, Adam Scott:
"I use the Leaderboard not only to train my body to move with maximum power but also to Technically reinforce the proper timing of my swing. I have to believe that, given my gains using the Leaderboard, the amateurs who use the product will make huge improvements in their power and consistency."
The Leaderboard is a compact training device that can be used both inside, as a portable mini-gym, or outside on the range as a very effective swing trainer. It uses variable resistance to build power and train the precise muscle movements training the body to deliver more power more consistently. With over 40 PGA Tour golfers, over 100 of the top teaching professionals and thousands of amateur golfers of all levels using the product, the Leaderboard is rapidly becoming the most sought after golf training device in the game today.
