Chris is closing in on his 20th year as a Teaching Professional. Before earning his stripes as Director of Instruction at the Trophy Club of Apalachee, he was awarded "Assistant Professional of the Year" as well as "Assistant Player of the Year" honors in the PGA Georgia Section.
The number one attribute that great teaching professionals must posses is the desire to help people, and Chris Knobloch has been given as much desire as any golf professional can contain. When this "US Kids Top 50 Junior Instructor" (honorable mention) isn’t working with current students, he is constantly searching for ways to introduce more players to the game of golf.
Along with his duties at the Trophy Club of Apalachee, he is the Owner/Operator of Total Golf Adventures of Atlanta, the only National on-campus, after school golf program for ages 5-12. TGA Atlanta and Chris’s team taught over 600 kids in 2006 at 12 different schools around the metro Atlanta area. He is always looking to help local PGA Professionals with teaching opportunities.
