SHELTON, CONNECTICUT—Todd Martin has been named President of high-end golf apparel leader Fairway & Greene by its Board of Directors, effective November 16, 2006.
Martin had been Fairway & Greene’s Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing until recently. He was a member of the founding team at Fairway & Greene in 1994, and served as Vice President, Sales & Marketing until 2006.
With its well known green grass exclusivity and outstanding product offering, Fairway & Greene has been named the Association of Golf Merchandisers’ top apparel vendor for men for the past four straight years in the AGM’s annual Member Survey. The four straight AGM Member Survey honors from the golf industry’s most respected buying association validate the consistent efforts and contributions Fairway & Greene has made to the green-grass golf channel over the years. And the company’s outstanding sales growth in both its men’s and women’s product lines continue to demonstrate how the company is meeting the needs and expectations of the golf industry and consumers alike.
Aside from maintaining his active role in the company’s sales & marketing efforts, Martin will play an expanded role in the company’s overall strategic objectives. He will continue to lead Fairway & Greene from its Shelton, Connecticut headquarters.

Martin—who lists golf, travel and flying as his major interests—is married and has two daughters and lives in Southport, Connecticut.
