Mitchell® Golf Equipment Institute has concluded the fall session of its 2006 schedule, which completes all of the classes scheduled at Orange County National Golf Center, Orlando, Florida. Mitchell® Golf Equipment Institute has announced its move back to Dayton, Ohio. Classes will resume in January 2007 at the school’s new 4500 square foot state-of-the-art facility. Located next door to the corporate headquarters of Mitchell® Golf Equipment Company, the new facility will offer golf club performance training at the highest level for industry professionals.
Mitchell® Golf Equipment Institute continues to lead the golf industry in training professionals as Club Repair Technicians, Club Performance Fitting Specialist, and True Temper® "Gold Certified" Shaft Fitting Specialist. Students worked with products from KZG, True Temper, SMT, Swing Science, Grafalloy, Golf Pride, Zelocity PureLaunch Monitors and Mitchell® Golf Equipment Company.
Forty students from around the world attended the three different classes. The international students came from Europe and South East Asia. PGA Golf Professionals, retailers, and club makers representing all aspects of the golf business received personalized certificates.
