Waterloo, Ontario, December 14, 2006 . . . Nancy Lopez Golf has named Jackie Kirkwood as National Sales Manager.
Tournament Sports Marketing Inc. recently acquired Nancy Lopez Golf and will re-launch the women’s golf equipment and apparel brand next month at the PGA Merchandise Show in Orlando, Fl.
"Jackie provides Nancy Lopez Golf with strong experience in sales management in the golf industry," stated Kim Bauer, president of Nancy Lopez Golf Inc. "This skill set will be invaluable as we recruit sales representatives and establish relationships with key retailers and golf professionals."
In addition to recruiting an NLG sales force for the U.S. market, Kirkwood will be responsible for establishing a customer service department to ensure the Company’s U.S. customers receive strong support. Kirkwood will also be responsible for developing and executing specific sales programs and promotions in concert with Connie Little, Director of Marketing and Product Development. Kirkwood assumes the National Sales Management position on January 2, 2007.

Kirkwood has spent 20 years in the sporting goods industry with the past eight years with Devant Sport Towels, most recently as Vice President of Sales. Kirkwood’s experience also includes retail sales management positions in both the golf and tennis industries. A graduate of Keene State College with a degree in Sports Management, Kirkwood resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
