Stuburt – the fastest-growing golf shoe and waterproofs company in the world – will be signing one of the highest-profile stars in the sport to wear its products.
European Ryder Cup hero and BBC Sports Personality of the Year runner-up DARREN CLARKE will wear Stuburt on Tour in 2007.
The 38-year old Ulsterman, who will be signing a three year deal with Stuburt shortly, will help to develop a Darren Clarke range of Stuburt golf shoes.
He joins European #3 and fellow Ryder Cup hero DAVID HOWELL in the recently formed Team Stuburt. In 2007, Howell will wear the firm’s advanced new HELIUM PRO golf shoe.
"Stuburt and Darren Clarke seem to be the perfect fit for me," said the Ulsterman. "I can’t wait to start next season with my new footwear".

With career earnings of £11 million, Darren Clarke has 15 professional tournament victories worldwide to date and is consistently ranked among the world’s top twenty golfers.
A Ryder Cup stalwart, he has played five times for Europe, including the stunning victory at the K Club in September 2006 in front of his home fans.
Clarke currently holds one of the highest public profiles in world golf.
Stuburt is launching its much-anticipated HELIUM PRO golf shoe at the Orlando PGA Show in January 2007, on stand 1813.
