Mitchell® Golf Equipment Company, Dayton, Ohio announces a panel of six PGA Professionals will conduct a seminar at the PGA Merchandise Show and Conference Thursday January 25th. The seminar will focus on the latest trends for increasing golf club sales by integrating teaching programs into club performance upgrades.
The seminar is entitle The Latest Trends For Increasing Golf Club Sales/Combining Lessons With Club Performance Upgrades For Profits Beyond The Fitting Cart. It explains how golf professionals can improve player performance beyond golf instructions by improving their student’s club performance. Player improvement enhances the enjoyment of the game, which leads to more participation, increased profits, and establishes the professional as an authority on equipment. This increases the professional’s credibility and guarantees more lessons and more club sales.
The panel includes Paul Bessler, Mike Stevens, Ray Cutright, James Leitz, Drew Pierson and Ed Mitchell. All are PGA members with extensive experience in teaching and club fitting. Ray and James also operate "learning center buildings" on their practice ranges. Find out how they have turned their learning centers into a profit center.
The one-hour seminar will be presented Thursday morning at 9:45 am and again in the afternoon at 3:30 pm. Each session will conclude with a panel discussion. Golf Professionals are encouraged to attend and ask questions about how they can incorporate this trend into their operation.
