January 22, 2007, Denver, CO . . . The 2007 Golf Digest Hot List named Yes! C- Groove putter Callie-f one of the hottest blade putters on the market today. Callie-f is the industry’s first forged putter with patented C-groove technology. This is Yes! Golf’s third year on the Golf Digest Hot List; the Dianna model was named to the 2006 hot list and Tracy was named on the 2005 list.
"We are thrilled Callie-f has been recognized by Golf Digest’s Hot List panel as one of the best blade putters on the market today," stated Francis Ricci, President and CEO, YES! Golf. "The forged putter has been very popular on tour and in the golf shops and we are looking to expand our offerings in forged C-groove putter technology in 2007."
The annual Golf Digest Hot List names the best of the best in seven product categories. The putter category was divided into mallets and blade putters. There were 97 putters that made the preliminary list. From the list 22 putters were selected based on the Golf Digest Hot List criteria. In the blade category, 11 putters were named to the list with Yes! C-Groove Callie-f receiving the highest marks in the performance/playability and technology/innovation categories.
The Callie-f is a traditional cavity back putter made from one-piece of forged manganese-bronze. The C-Grooves are then milled into the face revealing the golden grooves. All but the grooves are then oxidized to provide a non-glare finish to the head. The putter has 355 gram head weight with a plumber connection hosel and shaft length available from 32"- 37". The Callie-f has a single alignment line in the cavity of the putter. The putter comes in a 2.5° loft and 72° lie with 2° flat or upright available. The Callie-f putter has a suggested retail of $300.00 and currently available right handed.
Yes! Golf is the emerging leader in the field of advanced putter design and related technology. Based in Denver, Colorado, European putting instructor and inventor, Harold Swash, started Yes! Golf in 1995. His innovative theory of concentric grooves resulted in C-Groove technology. Today, C-Groove putters are taking the golf world by storm making Yes! Golf one of the fastest growing putters on the professional tours. For more information on Yes! Golf call 800.845.4327 or www.yesgolf.com.
