CELEBRATION, FL (February 13, 2007)—For the third year in a row, Mystic Dunesâ?¢ Golf Club will host the Darrell Armstrong Celebrity Golf Tournament to benefit the Darrell Armstrong Foundation for Premature Babies.
The event will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2007. Registration and breakfast will begin at 7:00 a.m., followed by a shotgun start at 8:00 a.m. An awards banquet will be held immediately following the scramble. Mystic Dunesâ?¢ Golf Club and Wayne Densch Charities are this year’s title sponsors.
"Darrell truly wants to make a difference in the Central Florida community and Mystic Dunes is happy to support his cause," said Melissa Suttles, Mystic Dunes Golf Club General Manager. "As the host and title sponsor, we hope that the weekend is a huge success for the foundation and we are able to help many area families."
The tournament is part of Darrell’s 2007 Annual Celebrity Weekend, scheduled for the weekend of August 24, 2007 to August 26, 2007 in Orlando. Other planned events include a Friday night Pairings Party and a Sunday Celebrity Bowl-A-Thon.

"We are a non-profit organization whose goal is to provide assistance to needy families of premature babies," said Armstrong on his web site. "We help provide funds for hospital care, specialized equipment, special services as well as serving as a referral center to help families get in touch with the appropriate health care and service providers."
