Louisville, KY – Joseph Beditz, Ph.D., President & CEO of the National Golf Foundation, will be a keynote speaker during the Professional CLUBMAKERS’ Society’s Annual Membership Conference, March 8-11 in Louisville, KY. Doctor Beditz will discuss trends in the golf industry including updates on player participation levels, a report on U.S. golf facility development, and golf industry initiatives to promote the game, among other topics.
The PCS is an international, independent, professional organization of more than 1,100 golf equipment professionals worldwide whose primary mission is to foster the knowledge, promotion, and education of the importance of professionally fitted golf clubs and club repair to enhance the game for players of all skill levels.
As a special incentive in partnership with the PGA of America, PGA members can earn Membership Service Requirement (MSR) service towards accreditation by attending the PCS annual meeting. A special one-day fee of $50 for PGA members is being offered by the PCS. It includes a daily pass to the PCS Expo featuring 50 golf industry companies that will showcase their products and services, keynote speaker attendance, access to PCS workshops, and a ticket to the PCS awards banquet featuring the best and brightest in golf clubmaking from around the world.
