Andrew Wood to Address the Professional CLUBMAKERS’ Society at Its 2007 Annual Membership Conference in Louisville, KY

Louisville, KY – Andrew Wood, president & CEO of Legendary Marketing, the world’s leader in golf marketing, is scheduled to be a keynote speaker at the Professional CLUBMAKERS’ Society’s Annual Membership Conference, March 8-11 in Louisville, KY. Mr. Wood will discuss marketing and sales solutions designed to drive players, profits, and participation to PCS member shops and retail outlets.

Andrew Wood is the author of several books on golf marketing including The Golf Marketing Bible, now in its third printing. "I am pleased to present my proven strategies on sales and marketing to the Professional CLUBMAKERS’ Society members at its annual conference, and I look forward to addressing the challenges of increasing customer loyalty, brand building, and sales promotion techniques," said Wood.

The PCS is an international, independent, professional organization of more than 1,100 golf equipment professionals worldwide whose primary mission is to foster the knowledge, promotion, and education of the importance of professionally fitted golf clubs and club repair to enhance the game for players of all skill levels.

As a special incentive in partnership with the PGA of America, PGA members can earn Membership Service Requirement (MSR) service towards accreditation by attending the PCS annual meeting. Previews of the newest golf technology, developing trends in the industry, and specialized workshops conducted by Certified PCS members on a variety of subjects, including building and fitting with MOI; Flo, Swingweight and Frequency Matching; Wedge Grinding will be held at the four day conference.

A special one-day fee of $50 for PGA members includes a daily pass to the PCS Expo featuring 50 golf industry companies that will showcase their products and services, keynote speaker attendance, access to PCS workshops, and a ticket to the PCS awards banquet featuring the best and brightest in golf clubmaking from around the world.
