Atlanta, GA (March 13, 2007) – Jay Haas, who played the tournament using his Wake Forest University C-Thru Grip, regained his position at the top of the Charles Schwab Cup point standings with his win at the Toshiba Classic Sunday at Newport Beach Country Club in California. This is Hass’ first win this season on the Champions Tour, winning by two strokes and breaking the tournament record for score in relation to par.
