The International Network of Golf (ING) is a 17-year-old, non-profit networking organization whose mission is to enhance and promote communication and education in golf. Membership and attendance is open to anyone in the golf industry and media.
Aureus participated in the 2006 ING Spring Conference, including the ING Fashion Show and the One-On-One Appointment Show. He also writes a weekly web tips column for Poynter.org, a useful Web site for journalists and others who deal with the media.
Sreenivasan travels the world discussing new media trends such as blogs and web surfing. Most recently he has presented to the Society of American Travel Writers convention, Baruch College of Journalism, Indo American Arts Council Film Festival, Rubin Museum of Art and the editorial staff of Los Angeles Times.
Over 225 members and guests are expected to attend the annual Spring Conference, an action-packed convention full of educational seminars, product displays and various networking and golf opportunities.
Focus will be on developing beneficial relationships among ING members. The very popular ING One-On-One Appointment Show will return for a fourth year. The appointment show provides attendees a platform for private meetings to encourage business relationships.
Also on the diverse ING itinerary will be workshops, speakers, the Demo Lab, the Small Groups Topics Breakfast and the ING Media Awards banquet and fashion show.
