Golf World Announces Results Of Third Women’s College Coaches’ Poll Of 2007

Methodist Unanimous Number One

NEW YORK, NY— The third Golf World/NGCA Division III Coaches’ Poll has been released, combining the resources of Golf World magazine and the National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA). The complete results, including results from Divisions I and II, will appear in the April 6 issue of Golf World and can be viewed online now at www.golfworld.com/womenspoll.

Methodist is again the unanimous No.1 team, earning all eight first-place votes. The Lady Monarchs finished second at the William & Mary Invitational, falling to Division I Western Michigan.

Rounding out the top five are: Gustavus Adolphus (No.2); DePauw (T-No.3); Saint Thomas (T-No.3); Middlebury (No.5).
