ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL — Noted speaker and author Dr. Jerry Teplitz will be a marketing workshop leader at the 17th Annual ING Spring Conference June 3-7. His topic will be Creating High Energy Websites and PR Materials.
The conference is open to anyone in the golf or travel industry, and any members of the media who cover golf as part of their work. It is scheduled for beautiful Turning Stone Resort & Casino near Syracuse, and is conducted by the non-profit International Network of Golf.
Teplitz has been a field manager for the Carlson Learning Company, (now Inscape Publishing), since 1979, and president of his own consulting firm since 1974. He conducts seminars in the areas of stress management, employee productivity, and sales development.
According to Teplitz, everything has an energy attached to it. That energy can encourage someone to read an advertisement or throw it away, to stay on a website or immediately click off. In his workshop, attendees will discover these hidden secrets. Teplitz has used the technology of Behavioral Kinesiology Muscle Checking to work with PR materials and websites from everyone from small retailers, to magazine publishers, to the authors of the Chicken Soup for the Soul book series, to Heinz U.S.A.
Books by Teplitz include Managing Your Stress: How To Relax and Enjoy, Switched-On Living® and Brain Gym for Business. Articles about, or authored by Teplitz have appeared in such publications as Successful Meetings, Prevention, Tee Time, Golf Illustrated and T&L Golf Magazine.
Teplitz has also utilized his expertise to help golfers become mentally stronger and more focused. His golf seminar Par and Beyond: Secrets to Better Golf is not about improving golf swings; these techniques are all about getting you into the zone and beyond — and keeping you there.
The ING Spring Conference at Turning Stone once again will focus on developing beneficial relationships in business. The very popular ING One-On-One Appointment Show returns for a fourth year. The appointment show provides attendees a platform for private meetings to encourage business relationships.
The Small Groups Topics Breakfast will be held on Monday morning, June 4. Topics will deal with advertising, multi-media promotions, e-mailing, public speaking, state of the golf industry, golf & fitness, teaching and technology and more.
Also on the diverse ING itinerary will be workshops, speakers, the Demo Lab, the Small Groups Topics Breakfast, the ING Media Awards banquet and fashion show.
Two afternoons of golf events will be conducted, including the USA World Qualifier for the International Pairs World Finals. The winning ING duo in this net points contest will represent the USA in the I.P. World Finals in St. Andrews Scotland July 1-3.
