Methodist Remains Number One

NEW YORK, NY—The fourth Golf World/Nike Golf Division III Coaches’ Poll has been released, combining the resources of Golf World magazine, Nike Golf and the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). The complete results, including results from Divisions I, II and the NAIA, will appear in the April 27 issue of Golf World and can be viewed online now at www.golfworld.com/menspoll.

Methodist remains number one, earning nine of the ten first-place votes. The Monarchs won the USA South Conference Championship last week after winning the Emory Invitational the week before. They next play in the NCAA Championships, where they hope to win their tenth title in school history.

Rounding out the top five are: Guilford (No.2); Oglethorpe (No.3); Huntingdon (No.4); St. John’s (Minn.) (No.5).
