West Florida Remains Number One
NEW YORK, NY—The fourth Golf World/Nike Golf Division II Coaches’ Poll has been released, combining the resources of Golf World magazine, Nike Golf and the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA). The complete results, including results from Divisions I, III and the NAIA, will appear in the April 27 issue of Golf World and can be viewed online now at www.golfworld.com/menspoll.
West Florida remains the top team, earning seven of the nine first-place votes. The Argos won the Gulf South Conference Championship yesterday and have had top-five finishes in their last three events.
Rounding out the top five are: Florida Southern (No.2); Columbus State (No.3); St. Edward’s (No.4); Barry and Nova Southeastern (T-No.5).
