Rife Putters Capture a National Club Championship

April 26, 2007

Sanford, FL – Rife Putters success on the Professional Golf Tours over the past two years has been impressive to say the least. But Rife Putters success isn’t limited to the PGA, LPGA and Champions Toursâ?¦not by any means.

Rife Putters would like to congratulate PGA Professional Bob Green, the club pro at Tedesco Country Club in Marblehead, MA, and his team for capturing The Inaugural Coral Creek National Club Championship recently.

The winning team of the Pro Am held at Coral Creek Country Club located in Placida, FL consisted of a member at Coral Creek, Bob, and 2 members from Tedesco Country Club. The events for the Inaugural Coral Creek National Club Championship were a modified Stableford and a 2-man best ball. Bob’s team total was 68 points, and their margin of victory was an astounding 13 points better than the 2nd place finishers.

Bob appears to be in mid-season form already, finishing as the low Pro in the last two tournaments he’s played in. Bob has been rolling his Rife 2 Bar Blade Belly putter for over a year now and absolutely loves the way it feels and the confidence it has brought to his game. "I’ve been rolling the ball so much better since I made the switch a little over a year ago. It gives me the confidence to play my best golf. I feel I can make everything from 4 or 5 feet," said Bob. "It’s automatic. Not just the must have putts, but I’ve been draining the long ones like never beforeâ?¦and at 57 years of age I’ve been waiting a long time to putt like this."

About Rife Putters

All of Rife’s Putters, the 2 Bar line, GR6 Series, and new Island Series putters, are high-end fully CNC milled putters that offer the same patented RollGrooveTM Technology and patent pending LieAline System.

Rife Putters, LLC is the true innovator behind horizontal grooved face putter technology with a patent on specifically sized grooves since 1997. These precisely spaced grooves allow the putter to gently press into the cover of the ball and grip and lift it into an instant forward roll. Guerin Rife states, "just as grooves in irons help control spin so do grooves in a putter face." Other companies are now trying to imitate this patented technology but the spacing of the grooves is the true key to the gripping and lifting effect of grooved face putter technology. Horizontal RollGrooveTM faced putters create the truest "no skid" roll in golf no matter where you hit the ball on the putter face.
