A Cleveland Golf press release dated April 27 claimed the HiBore XL as the No. 1 selling driver model at retail for the month of March, according to Golf Datatech. Cleveland Golf inadvertently failed to recognize a competitor’s close-out model that actually sold more units than the HiBore XL. The Cobra KC Speed driver is being sold for an average price of $194.97. The HiBore XL was the No. 1 selling driver for more than $200.
