Miami, Fl. – May 3, 2007 – Doral Golf Resort & Spa, A Marriott Resort, one of the world’s premier golf destinations, today unveiled three new golf packages for the 2007 summer season. Highlighting these new specials are the Summer Solstice SLAM Package and the Blue Monster Day Package, both designed to highlight the enhanced Great White Golf Course, and the famed Blue Monster Golf Course, home of the 2007 CA World Golf Championship.
The Summer Solstice SLAM is truly a "golf ’til you drop" package, offering golfers all day access to the famous Blue Monster, Great White, and Red Courses on the longest day of the year. This package, which is $150 per person, is valid on June 21st only, starting at 7:00 a.m., and breakfast and lunch are also included.
For golfers who want to play like the pros, the Blue Monster Day at Doral Package offers golfers the chance to play the Blue Course from the professional tees, and with the same pin placements used during the Final Round of the 2007 WGC-CA Championship. This package is available only on Saturday, September 8th, and the cost is $150 per person.
In addition, Doral is also offering the Blue/White Aggregate Package, which gives golfers the opportunity to take on Doral’s two premier courses. For only $150 per person, golfers will enjoy a continental breakfast before an 8:00 a.m. shotgun start on the White, followed by a boxed lunch and 1:00 p.m. shotgun start on the Blue Course.
