New Commercial Will Air on ESPN 2
LAKELAND, FL, May 3, 2007 – Duramed FUTURES Tour reaches another milestone in its 27-year history this weekend with the airing of their new commercial called "The Road to the LPGA" on national television. The 30-second spot will air on ESPN 2 during the Friday, Saturday and Sunday telecast of the LPGA SemGroup Championship.
"This commercial really shows the viewers the strength and depth of women’s professional golf and the synergy between the Duramed FUTURES Tour and the LPGA Tour," said Zayra F. The spot highlights the Duramed FUTURES Tour and the tough road the players have to endure to reach their ultimate goal; one of the five LPGA Tour cards awarded to the top money leaders. Players are featured throughout the spot, including 2002 Duramed FUTURES Tour graduate and now #1 player on the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings, Lorena Ochoa.
