Golf World Announces Results Of Final Women's College Coaches' Poll Of The Spring

Methodist Unanimous Number One


NEW YORK, NY— The final Golf World/NGCA Division III Coaches’ Poll of the spring season has been released, combining the resources of Golf World magazine and the National Golf Coaches Association (NGCA). The complete results, including results from Divisions I and II, will appear in the May 11 issue of Golf World and can be viewed online now at www.golfworld.com/womenspoll.
Methodist is again the unanimous number one team, earning all seven first-place votes. The Lady Monarchs are looking for their tenth consecutive national title when they play at the NCAA Championship this week at Mission Inn Resort in Howie-in-the-Hills, Fla. Methodist senior Charlotte Williams will be looking to win her third straight individual title.
Rounding out the top five are: Gustavus Adolphus (No.2); Saint Thomas (No.3); DePauw (No.4); Middlebury (No.5).
