That’s why when deciding which golf ball to play at the 2007 NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Golf Championships, their most important on-course test of the year, the overwhelming majority placed their trust in the Titleist Pro V1 and Pro V1x.
At the NCAA Division I Men’s Golf Championship, 90 percent of the field, or 140 of 156 players, relied upon Titleist golf balls, more than 23 times the nearest competitor with 6.

The individual women’s champion, who fired a 6-under 282 to win by four shots, relied upon a New Pro V1 golf ball for her success.
