OAKMONT, PA – June 8, 2007 – Club Prophet Systems announced today that due to a combination of factors, including Pro-ShopKeeper, StarterHut, and Web Store product success, new no-risk pricing structure, and referrals from our existing customers, the following staff and reorganization has been implemented.
Ian Versaw who has been the Director of Client Services and has been with CPS for over 8 years has accepted a new position with CPS in Sales. In his new role, Ian will be covering the North East USA and other selected regions in the USA for the direct sales of CPS products to new clients.
Bill Hickey, who has been a Technical Support/Trainer for CPS for 4 years, has accepted the Director of Client Services job vacated by Ian Versaw.
To help focus the attention of the Director of Client Service on managing the growing Technical Support/Training group, we have created a new Product Manager position that will focus on prioritizing development and support efforts while directly interfacing with the development team as well as providing second-level support and training to the Technical Support staff. Jason Young, who has been in Technical Support for 7 years, has accepted this new position.
Over the past few months, we have added Paula Newell as an Administrative Assistant, along with Cory Rupert, Ryan Hodge, Doug Barto and, most recently, Zach Lee as new Technical Support/Training staff. We also have two additional Technical Support/Training positions that are open and should be filled soon.
We have also added Art Jitta as a new programmer to the development team and are in the process of adding two more programmers to the team.
