"Online reviews have become very popular in the past few years. People want to hear from others about a particular product or service, or in our case property, before making a decision," said Golfpac Travel President Jeff Hamilton.
Once a golfer returns from a trip, he is asked to complete Golfpac’s online customer satisfaction survey. The traveler can rate each golf course he played on seven criteria: overall satisfaction, course conditions, play of course, value, staff & service, clubhouse & pro shop, and practice facilities. The traveler can also rate the hotel or resorts where he stayed on five criteria: overall satisfaction, facility & amenities, value, rooms, and staff & service. Customer comments are also welcome and are added directly to the property’s description page.
"The ratings and comments allow us to get more input from our clients, which in turn allows Golfpac to offer the highest quality trips to golfers," said Hamilton.
As an added incentive, all clients who complete the survey are eligible to win a $500 golf travel gift certificate redeemable on any future GolfPac vacation. Since the survey began last fall, thousands of Golfpac clients have taken the online survey.
