Three Players Place in Top Eight at Women’s U.S. Open
DENVER, July 2, 2007 — England’s Graeme Storm used the YES! putter to come from five strokes back during the final round to win one of the European Tour’s richest events of the season, the Open de France ALSTOM. Storm used the popular Dianna putter featuring a variable weight system.
"Graeme used a C-Groove putter until the start of 2007 when he began flirting with several other brands," said YES! Golf head of instruction, Phil Kenyon. "Over the last few weeks he began working with the C-Groove Dianna blade putter and it seems to have helped him really find his form on the greens again."
Storm’s victory on Sunday lands him a spot in Open Championship in two weeks. Along with a win overseas, YES! Golf recorded a T-2nd, 7th and T-8th place finish at the Women’s U.S. Open at Pine Needles Lodge & Golf Club, Southern Pines, North Carolina. Yes! Golf had 33 players using their putter during the U.S. Open, making it second most used putter last week.
