Miami, Florida – Last week bette & court launched its 2008 Spring Collection before 25 US sales representatives as well as its international distributors with overwhelming praise and excitement from the entire sales team.

" This is the best line yet! " was the enthusiastic comment heard again and again during the 2-day sales meeting in Ann Arbor, Michigan. James Handler, VP of Sales, claims " The design and merchandising team continues to raise the bar by giving us the most complete product offering in the market place. Our team develops unique and saleable color palettes for each collection and combines performance with a strong and very updated fashion sense." The Spring collection is comprised of four color groups that offer styles with fashion elements such as metallic accents, rusching detail, pleats, screenprints, embroidery and an overwhelming amount of detail. Add performance features such as moisture wicking, breathability, figure flattering lines, easy care and UV protection for a winning combination that created an attentive audience during this two day event.

International distributors Jay Silver and Stephanie Otto are excited about seeing their customers as well. "We have appointments lined up with our key customers and trust that we will beat all estimates with this product. It’s amazing!" states Silver whose company represents the line in Canada.

Maria Erickson, President & CEO also notes that the company’s success is the result of her team’s unwavering focus on the end consumer and what she is looking for in apparel. "It’s not just for golf. We offer her lots of options and versatility. We focus on her lifestyle and her needs. We want our clothing to connect with who she is", states Erickson. Pro shops and retailers report strong sell through and are excited about seeing the new collection. "bette & court has more than doubled in sales for us over this last year. Our customers love all the tech pieces and the way they fit, wash and wear" states Cindy Farver, buyer at Fiddlers Creek Country Club in Eugene, Oregon.

These features as well as its famous fit have caught the attention of women in other sports. Julie Foudy, Olympic Gold Medalist and Veteran of the US Women’s National Soccer Team, praises bette & court , " I love bette & court because it actually fits! It’s often hard to find a happy medium with athletic or golf apparel. It’s either too baggy or too tight. bette & court has nicely tailored lines that are also comfortable. Colors and styles are fresh as well. I am a bette & court lifer."
