Atlanta, GA (July 24, 2007) – C-Thru Grips® was in attendance recently at the 2007 Doc Rivers Celebrity Invitational Golf Tournament hosted by ‘Doc’ and Kris Rivers at Ginn Reunion Golf Course in Orlando on July 20. In the event’s ‘Shamble’ format, each golf foursome consisted of three golfers & a celebrity. Celebrity participants included Rick Carlisle, Jo Jo White, Spud Webb, Ricky Watters, Arman Gilliam, Jan Stephenson and local sportscaster Zach Klein.
Proceeds from this event benefit Shepherd’s Hope a faith-based non- profit organization of volunteers providing free medical care for low income, uninsured men, women and children. C-Thru Grips® staff was on hand to install C-Thru Grips® during the tournament and also made a contribution to the charity.
