Weatherwear Company to Offer Rain and Wind Clothes for EWGA Members
PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., August 8, 2007 – ProQuip, one of the world’s leading golf weatherwear manufacturers, has teamed with the Executive Women’s Golf Association (EWGA) to become the EWGA official weatherwear provider, providing its members with EWGA logo wet-weather and wind clothing.
The company participated in the ‘EWGA at the U.S. Women’s Open’ charity event held in Pinehurst, N.C. in late June and will feature its complete line at the EWGA conference in Amelia Island, Fla. on October 31 through November 3. The first place winners in the EWGA Championship Finals, to be held in Old Hickory, Tennessee on September 7 and 8 and considered the world’s largest amateur women’s golf competition, each will receive a ProQuip rain suit as part of their prize.
ProQuip offers Ladies Ultralite waterproofs and Silk Touch wind jackets in an array of fashion colors. They are the only weatherwear company to offer rain suit pants in three different inseams for their men’s and women’s lines. The company was recently named the official weatherwear provider for The 2007 United States Solheim Cup Team.
