Mt. Prospect, Il. Natural Golf has been acquired by an investor group led by Peter Lineal, CEO of Plum Grove Printers, Publisher of Natural Golfer Magazine since 1999. The acquisition serves to strengthen Natural Golf’s platform as the simplest swing in golf.
With a new management team in place, Natural Golf will dedicate itself to Growing the Game of Golf by repositioning the single plane swing that they are known for, as the #1 branded swing in golf.
Says Lineal, "Golf is so hard to play that it is inhibiting people from trying it. If we give away our simple swing to everyone who is interested in learning, it removes that barrier to entry and we will successfully grow the game of golf. New Management Team
CEO, Lineal, brings over 30 years of direct marketing experience to the operation. It is that expertise combined with his unparalleled entrepreneurial business acumen and leadership ability that will lead Natural Golf into its most successful period of growth in history.
Harry Snyder, controller of NG since 2005, as noted above, has been appointed to the position of President and COO and will lead the way into a new and expanded product base and a much more progressive growth pattern.
PGA Member Ken Martin, Director of Golf Instruction since June 2006, will take on a greater leadership role in the coming months that will serve as the foundation for a revolutionary move by the company to commit itself to growing the game of golf. Ken has had a passionate golf career since his introduction to the game over 35 years ago. He joined the Natural Golf team in 1995 after being introduced to Moe Norman.
Lori Gertz, VP Chief Marketing Officer brings over 25 years of marketing and strategic business development experience and will function interdepartmentally while poising the company’s new mission and entrance into several new channels of distribution.
