One-minute system allows you to stretch properly, prevent injury

LONGWOOD, Fla. – The I GOTCHA® Ready Warm-Up System was one of the key ingredients for the winner of the 3M Championship at the TPC Twin Cities in Blain, Minn., showing why it’s the number one warm-up system on the Champions Tour.

This one-minute warm-up system is part of the pre-round routine of 70 players on the Champions Tour with an incredible seven of the top 10 money leaders using it.

Players of note on the Champions Tour using the I GOTCHA Ready Warm-Up System are Brad Bryant, Tom Purtzer, R.W. Eaks, Tom Kite, Allen Doyle, Keith Fergus, Denis Watson, Bruce Fleisher, Hale Irwin, Andy Bean, Jim Thorpe and Dave Eichelberger.

"The Tour players love it because it replaces heavy practices clubs and at eight ounces it fits easily in the bag," said Jim Light, president and founder of Pro Line Sports, Inc.

The three-step process of the I GOTCHA Ready Warm-Up System starts with helping establish a smooth tempo and powerful release, while effectively increasing flexibility and warming up the golf muscles. The I GOTCHA Ready Warm-Up System routine takes only one minute; it will have golfers loose while building distance and flexibility.

"In today’s fast-paced, high-tech world, most golfers arrive and drive off the first tee taking little time to warm up," said Light. "Our quick & easy twist-n-lock design allows golfers to safely stretch and relax the body in a minute avoiding that dreaded double-bogey on the first hole."

Statistics show that 70 percent of golfers suffer from or are playing with an injury which takes them out of the game an average of two months, according to Golf Fitness Magazine. The I GOTCHA Ready Warm-Up System should be used before every round to stretch properly and prevent injury. The I GOTCHA Ready Warm-Up System is available at Edwin Watts, Golf Galaxy, Golfsmith, Roger Dunn, Golf Headquarters, Pro Golf and many other golf retail outlets for only $29.95.
