Mitchell® Golf Equipment Institute graduated 18 more industry professionals at its learning institute in Dayton, Ohio. The graduates included students from The Netherlands, New Zealand, South Africa, Canada and the US.
Mitchell® Golf offers certification as a Club Repair Technician, Club Performance Fitting Specialist, True Temper "Gold Certified" Shaft Fitting Specialist, and Shaft Performance Technology Specialist. All four schools offered by Mitchell® Golf Equipment Institute are conducted in its Dayton, Ohio state-of-the-art facility using professional grade club performance equipment.

Graduates received a personalized certificate for successfully completing each school they attended. Mitchell® Golf Equipment Institute is recognized throughout the golf industry for its professional approach and modern curriculum. Certification in club performance has become very important for industry professionals in order to compete in golf club sales and with instruction programs. PGA & LPGA members attending Mitchell® Golf Equipment Institute receive continuing educations credits.
Two students received their "Master Club Performance Specialist" certificate for attending the Club Repair Technician, Club Performance Fitting and True Temper® "Gold Certified" Schools. They are Robert Prust and Clinton Trauter. The "Master Club Performance Specialist" certificate recognizes industry professionals who make the total commitment to continuing education.
"Our students learn skills for re-shafting, re-gripping, loft/lie adjustments and all repair techniques necessary for today’s modern golf clubs and performance fitting using the Zelocity Doppler Radar launch monitor," states Paul Bessler, PGA Golf Professional and Director of Instruction for Mitchell® Golf Equipment Institute. "Our new Shaft Technology School explains the performance characteristics of golf shafts and teaches the skills necessary for frequency matching to the correct gradients for different shaft designs."
