SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – We-Ko-Pa Golf Club and Sandia Resort and Casino were honored in the July Issue of Golf Digest magazine’s as two of the "Top 40 Casino Golf Courses", in the country. Located in Ft. McDowell, Arizona, the Scott Miller-designed Cholla course at We-Ko-Pa Golf Club was ranked No.6 on this prestigious list. Another Scott Miller-design, Sandia Golf Club in Albuquerque, New Mexico was ranked #28. The forty best casino courses were selected by the Golf Digest Course Ranking Panel, a group of more than 800 low-handicap players. To be eligible, a course must be owned or share the same ownership as a casino.
