Inaugural Event to be held September 7 – 9, 2007 in Arizona
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – OB Sports Golf Management is set to host the OB Sports National Team Championship held on Sept 7th, 8th, and 9th, 2007 in Scottsdale, Arizona. The two-day event will be played at The Duke at Rancho El Dorado on Saturday and at Longbow Golf Club on Sunday, with a practice round on Friday at Eagle Mountain Golf Club.
Each participating golf club, 11 total from throughout the U.S., will field an eight-person team made up of seven qualifiers from the club and the club’s golf professional. Prizes will be awarded for special contests throughout the event as well as to the top three daily two-person teams for each flight. In addition the overall OB Sports Team Champions (that is, the lowest two-day eight-person team score made up of the three best individual team scores each day) will be crowned as the OB SPORTS NATIONAL TEAM CHAMPIONS FOR 2007.
