ORLANDO, Fla., (Sept. 6, 2007) – Turnstile Publishing Company, publisher of Golfweek and other magazines and Web sites that reach active and affluent audiences by focusing on their passions, has acquired the assets of GeezerJock Media LLC, including GeezerJock magazine and its companion Web site, GeezerJock.com.

GeezerJock magazine, with a circulation of 50,000 Masters athletes, is the only national publication covering the growing world of Masters sports, competitive athletic events for people 40-and-over. Since the magazine’s launch in 2004 it has grown in both circulation and advertising revenues. Under the Turnstile umbrella of magazines, GeezerJock will continue to expand its reach among active baby-boomers.

"This is a great opportunity for GeezerJock," said Brian Reilly, who will remain publisher of GeezerJock. "Being part of Turnstile will help us become more efficient, but more importantly it will make us a part of Turnstile’s network of publications that now reach more than 300,000 readers."

Turnstile will provide administrative, editorial and design expertise, in addition to Turnstile’s state-of-the-art, high-definition television and online video production studio, which will offer opportunities to create original video programming for GeezerJock’s active audience.

Founded in 1975, Turnstile Publishing Company is one of the nation’s leading publishing companies, specializing in high-end publications for active and affluent audiences. Turnstile Publishing Co. is the parent corporation of such publications as Golfweek, TurfNet, GLO, Fish & Fly, Art Calendar, GeezerJock, TurfNet.com, GLOliving.com, GolfweekHomes.com, GeezerJock.com and Golfweek.com, which features golf’s first online television network, GolfweekTV. Turnstile Publishing Co., is headquartered in Orlando, Fla., and is also affiliated with Skyhorse Publishing.
