Club Car Golf Cart, American Airline tickets and Annika Memorabilia Top Fundraiser

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., September 13, 2007 – With the bidding ending on Saturday, September 15, at 5 pm EDT, the online auction fundraiser for the Executive Women’s Golf Association (EWGA) Foundation has entered its final days at a heated pace. Leading bid-getters include a Club Car golf cart, tickets to the 2008 U.S. Open at Torrey Pines, American Airlines tickets and Annika autographed golf balls. For the full range of fabulous offerings, click on the auction button on the EWGA website at www.ewga.com, or the following link http://ewgafoundation.cmarket.com.

Open to anyone interested in bidding, the EWGA Foundation’s online auction offers some spectacular values. The current bid on the Club Car golf cart, valued at $8500 is less than $3000. Numerous ‘stay and play’ packages and travel offerings may also go well below value.

"Smart shoppers will get online and bid on the items in this auction." says Joan Cavanaugh, president of the EWGA Foundation Board of Directors. "Auction proceeds will help us continue to fund the many initiatives of the EWGA Foundation – golf education and leadership development programs as well as scholarships and other efforts to benefit women of all ages."

The EWGA Foundation is a 501© (3) not-for-profit organization formed in 2003 and supported by the Executive Women’s Golf Association. Its mission is to develop premier golf education and leadership development programs for women of all ages.

Since the EWGA was started in 1991, more than 85,000 women have benefited from membership in the organization which is dedicated to providing opportunities for women to learn, play and enjoy the game of golf for business and for life.

The EWGA is headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and has over 120 chapters throughout the US. For more information see www.ewga.com.
