TAMARACK, Idaho – Tamarack Resort – home to Osprey Meadows, the Robert Trent Jones Jr. signature design named America’s best-new upscale resort course by Golf Digest Magazine – today announces golf shop assistant Dustin Simons has passed his Playing Ability Test in qualification for apprenticeship with the Professional Golf Association of America. Simons played in a 36-hole tournament at the University of Idaho course in Moscow, Idaho Sept. 5 to qualify.
The PGA of America is comprised of 28,000 men and women golf professionals who are the recognized experts in growing, teaching and managing the game of golf.

Not only is Simons an exceptional golfer and adept at customer service, but he’s also an alpine race coach at the Tamarack Sports & Education Foundation. Simons will continue to pursue his golf and ski coaching career at Tamarack Resort and Osprey Meadows Golf Course.
