Hi-Tec Golf Appoints New Global Sales Director

Hi-Tec Sports, the instantly comfortable and lightweight footwear brand is pleased to announce the addition of Jeff Street as Global Golf Sales Director.

Jeff will oversee all sales and distribution for Hi-Tec Golf worldwide. Key focus will be ensuring the brand attains the distribution worldwide that reflects the leading nature of its products. In addition he will be responsible for creating new programs for strategic key accounts. Hi-Tec Golf shoes are currently sold in over 50 countries.

"We have looked long and hard to find an individual to fill this position in driving our golf sales Jeff’s background in sales and product as well as managing various other golf brands makes him the perfect candidate to bring Hi-Tec to the next level." states Tony Linford, Hi-Tec Brand President. "Right now Hi-Tec is experiencing great momentum from Padraig Harrington’s win at The Open, the CDT technology, our V-Lite Collection and the recent addition of the world’s first earth friendly golf offering. Adding Jeff to the equation is exciting for our company and we look forward to his knowledge adding to this momentum."

Street joins Hi-Tec after holding various senior management positions in footwear. Most recently he spent 12 years at Ecco launching and managing both its golf and Receptor brands in the U.S.

"I am very excited about the many opportunities for growth and brand development afforded me in my new position at Hi-Tec" states Street. "This product is loaded with technologically advanced design features that create a solid platform for the average golfer and ultimately a better swing and more comfortable walk on the course. The bottom line is Hi-Tec has everything needed to be a force in the golf industry."

Street’s position became effective early September in time for the PGA Vegas Show and Golf Europe held in Munich Germany, Europe’s largest show.
