ORLANDO, Fla., (Sept. 26, 2007) – A recent independent study conducted by Mediamark Research Incorporated confirmed, Golfweek magazine, the publication preferred by serious golfers, has officially surpassed 1 million weekly readers with an actual audience size of 1,055,550.
The Doublebase 2007 National Study of adults 18+ conducted by MRI found Golfweek has the highest number of pass along readers of any other national golf title with 6.81 readers per issue.
"We always knew that Golfweek was ‘the best read…most read’ weekly golf journal but our newly confirmed 6.8 readers per copy yielding 1,000,000 weekly readers now confirmed by MRI…says it all!" said William P. Kupper, Turnstile Publishing Company president.
The study also found, Golfweek subscribers have the highest primary residence value among the national golf titles, with an average value of $339,674.
