TEMPE, Ariz. – America’s first modern golf club manufacturer dedicated to custom fitting, Magique Golf will be featured on the ‘Lunch with McCabe and Friends’ radio program this week. Sean Sheppard, president of Magique Golf, will join Arizona sportscaster Kevin McCabe and others on the broadcast this Wednesday, October 3, 2007 from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
This Wednesday’s show will broadcast live from CrackerJax Driving Range in Scottsdale, Ariz., to introduce the debut of its new Night Rangers program, a weekly golf club demo night to help golfers find the perfect golf clubs. Open to the public, the Night Rangers offers a special incentive package for golfers, which includes 110 range balls, a hot dog, a soda, a bag of CrackerJack, and entry tickets to several contests held in conjunction with the demo night, including a Hole-in-One contest on the range.
"Magique is excited to be a part of such a fantastic event," says Sheppard. "One of our goals is to help average players find the best fit club for their needs, and this reaches a large audience of golfers, all of whom we are happy to support."
In support of the event, Magique Golf is providing a special bonus to all golfers that attend and participate in the opening night of Night Rangers this Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. — a gift certificate good for a free custom-fitted 60-degree Magique wedge!
Lunch with McCabe and Friends airs on Phoenix’s AM 1060 The Fan, and it is the only local sports talk-show in Phoenix that airs during lunchtime. Every Wednesday showing is co-hosted by Keith James, publisher of the Arizona edition of Golfing Magazine, and is always broadcast live from a golf-oriented venue.
For 20 years, Magique has designed, manufactured and distributed a full line of high-quality golf clubs — including drivers, fairway woods, hybrids, irons, putters and wedges — and demonstrated an unwavering commitment to helping average golfers play better through custom fitting. By custom fitting quality clubs to individual player’s needs, and charging about half of what the big name club companies charge, Magique Golf has earned its reputation for delivering superior performance at a price everyone can afford.
