The Putting Arc, Inc.

The Putting Arc, Inc. will be the distributor for the new Ben Hogan book, "The Final Missing Piece of Ben Hogan’s Secret Puzzle." This book was written by two of the co-inventors of The Putting Arc, with technical help from the third inventor. It was edited by Tim O’Connor, author of "The Feeling of Greatness: The Moe Norman Story."

The book has been available since late summer in limited quantities of a special paperback version, and will be available in hardcover in early to mid-November. The book has 92 pages, with eight pages of new color photographs, and it provides a totally new perspective on Ben Hogan’s unique golf swing. It has a retail price of $29.95 plus S&H, and can be purchased from the following sources: theFinalMissingPiece.com, thePuttingArc.com, Edwin Watts, and GolfAroundTheWorld.com.

In this book, you will see Ben Hogan’s real secret as demonstrated by Ben Hogan in a never-printed-before swing sequence. You will also learn the math and science behind his unique swing, why his downswing plane was shallower than his backswing plane, why he had that lowered, sitting-down look, and why he could hit it so far without worrying about the ball going left.

The book will be introduced to the PGA of America professionals and the golf industry at the 2008 PGA Show in the New Product section, and in the Putting Arc booth, (booth #2960).

"The Final Missing Piece" was published with the cooperation of the Hogan Estate, and the heirs to the Hogan Estate have requested that all of the royalties from this book go to the newly created, nonprofit Ben Hogan Foundation. The mission statement for this foundation is below:

"The Ben Hogan Foundation is dedicated to honor, celebrate, and preserve the legacy and character of Ben Hogan through support of organizations that promote the game of golf and charities that reflect Mr. Hogan’s core values."
