Through Constellation Sr Players Championship
Tom Watson regained the #1 spot in the Power Performance Rankings with a second place finish at the Constellation Sr. Players Championship. Winner Loren Roberts remained in second place, and Jay Haas slipped to 3rd.
Only Mark O’Meara and Tom Purtzer remained in the same positions.
Moves up: Hale Irwin from 15th to 10th; Tom McKnight from 25th to 15th; Scott Simpson from 26th to 16th; Scott Hoch from 27th to 14th; Ben Crenshaw from 31st to 22nd.
Moves down: Brad Bryant from 8th to 13th; David Edwards from 18th to 31st; Bobby Wadkins from 34th to 49th; Massy Kuramoto from 37th to 50th.
Dropped for insufficient points: Larry Nelson, Bruce Summerhays.
Rankings are based on 12-month performances of Champions Tour players. When a tournament is played, the previous year’s results are dropped. Losing a high finish, dropping a low finish, adding a new high finish or a new low finish affects standings. Players must have a minimum number of points to be included in the rankings, but all players are tracked.
Bold indicates change from last week. Blue bold indicates larger changes in position from previous week. Orange for dropped players and Green is for returning or entering players. Red is for winners. $$ column of numbers reflects position on Champions Tour money list.
