ORLANDO, Fla., (Oct. 16, 2007) -TurfNet, the Magazine has just released it’s 7th annual Superintendent’s Best Friend Calendar featuring 14 dogs, chosen from 168 submissions.
Sponsored by BASF, The Chemical Company, the calendar is mailed to more than 30,000 TurfNet subscribers in the golf course maintenance industry, with roughly 2,000 being handed out at various industry events.

â?¢ Addie, a 6-year-old boxer is owned by Brian Cross from Paxon Hollow Country Club in Media, Pa.
â?¢ Bailey, a 3-year-old Australian shepherd is owned by Michael Cooper at Grand National Golf Course in Auburn, Ala.
â?¢ Cisco, a 3-year-old Catahoula and Penny, an 11-year-old beagle are owned by Brian Rhodes at Sonora Golf Club in Sonora, Texas
â?¢ T.J., a 3-year-old Mexican Chihuahua is owned by Don Sills at Camden Country Club in Camden, S.C.
â?¢ Phoebe, a 7-year-old Alapaha blue blood bulldog is owned by Judy Saguchi, at Green River Golf Club in Corona, Calif.
â?¢ Ten-year-old Fern a border collie is owned by The city of Little Rock, Ark.
â?¢ Callie, a 1-year-old terrier-miniature greyhound mix is owned by Laurie Frutchey at Lexington Country Club in Fort Myers, Fla.
â?¢ Hunter, a 5-year-old Australian cattle dog is owned by Mark Cerulli, and 1-year-old Welsh corgi Archie is owned by Kevin Young at Twin Brooks Golf Course
â?¢ Diamond a 10-year-old yellow Labrador retriever is owned by John Zimmers from Oakmont Country Club, in Oakmont, PA.
â?¢ Ditka, a 3-year-old Labrador retriever is owned by Ron Betz from Boulder Lakes Golf Club in Chesterfield, Mich.
â?¢ Bubba, a 1-year-old silky terrier is owned by Bob Barrow at The Alpine Country Club in Cranston, R.I.
â?¢ Maddie, a 1-year-old Labrador retriever is owned by John Baum at The Country Club at the Highlands in Chesterfield, Va.
