LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Professional Clubmakers’ Society (PCS), the international organization of golf equipment professionals, announces that it will participate in an educational capacity throughout the 2008 Golf Industry Show in Orlando, Fla., January 31, 2008 through February 2, 2008.
"We are honored to have been asked to attend this event," says Christon Clark, manager of finance and professional development for PCS. "We have recently expanded our curriculum for golf equipment professionals interested in enhancing and expanding their abilities and business, and we are thrilled to be able to offer this same type of education to the attendees of the Golf Industry Show."
The Golf Industry Show is a multi-day event that boasts more than 1,100 exhibitors, and multiple education sessions for all professionals in the golf industry. PCS will be located in the Range and Outdoor Facility Solutions Center helping attendees realize the value of club fitting and the potential of turning the putting green and driving range into profit centers through equipment sales.
PCS – the Golf Equipment Professionals – provides invaluable information on the latest in golf equipment, supplies and accessories to its members through various print and online publications. In addition, the PCS will host the 2008 Golf Equipment Professional Technology Conference, which features seminars approved by the PGA and LPGA, hands-on equipment testing, and workshops for golf equipment professionals.
