Nationally Recognized Golf School Closes Deal to Expand to Boca Raton/Ft. Lauderdale

Boca Raton – Golf Made Simple has announced the expansion of their nationally recognized Golf School into the Boca Raton/Ft. Lauderdale area of Florida. Rated as #3 in the country by Men’s Journal, Golf Made Simple is led by PGA professional, Marc Solomon and his certified Instructors in St. Augustine, Amelia Island and Tampa, Florida; Palm Springs, San Diego and Lake Tahoe, California; along with Phoenix, Arizona.

"The Heron Bay Golf Club mission is to have the finest practice and teaching facility in the southeast Florida area" says Tommy Fonseca, Golf Director, Heron Bay Golf Club. "Golf Made Simple and its outstanding teachers will take us to that level."

The philosophy of Golf Made Simple is what you would expect – simple. Instruction focuses on improving a Golfer’s natural swing, not changing their grip or stance. Golfers learn how each movement affects their swing independently to generate one consistent golf swing for all 13 irons and woods. In fact, 92% of Golfers who come to Golf Made Simple looking to break 90 for the first time have been successful in reaching their goal.

Golf Made Simple is excited about their new partnership with the beautiful Heron Bay Golf Club, this 18-hole championship South Florida golf course was the host to the PGA Tour’s Honda Classic for 6 years in a row from 1997 to 2002 with winners such as Vijay Singh, Mark Calcavecchia and Stuart Appleby.

The Heron Bay Golf Club is a four star (Golf Digest Places to Play) Mark McCumber layout designed on 210 windswept acres situated along the edge of the Florida Everglades. This award winning golf course also features a private teaching area for Golf Made Simple, a short game teaching facility, multiple target greens, and Tour quality putting greens.

Golf Made Simple will be kicking off the opening of their Boca Raton/Ft. Lauderdale location on November 30th with their first 3-day class. 3-day classes will then continue every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, along with Friday, Saturday and Sunday -through May 28th. Paul Moore (originally from London, England) and Javier Rivera (fluent in both English and Spanish) will be leading classes at Golf Made Simple’s newest facility.

Accommodations are literally just steps from the golf course at the on-property Coral Springs Marriott. Each morning, Golf Made Simple’s Golfers can just walk out the door of the hotel to meet their GMS Instructor at the Golf Club to start their daily program.

The set-up for this Golf Made Simple location is that of your classic South Florida Golf Resort – with the Hotel and highly acclaimed Golf Course on the same property. Though, there maybe one significant difference – most South Florida golf resorts often squeeze in a driving range after the golf course was designed – though on the other hand, Heron Bay Golf Club was designed specifically for a PGA Tour event and has what is possibly the biggest, best designed practice facility on the East Coast.

Golf Made Simple and Heron Bay Golf Club are giving Golfers the opportunity to improve their golf games on a PGA Tour quality golf course. And there aren’t many Golfers that will pass up the opportunity to play and learn on a PGA Tour venue. Especially since South Florida is often recognized as one of the world’s premier golf regions. Every year, Golfers from around the world make their annual migration to South Florida during the December to May season for guaranteed warmth, sunshine and green golf courses. Golfers can enjoy all the benefits of a GMS program in South Florida (including 3 nights lodging) with package rates that start from $1,653.

Golf Made Simple offers 3, 5 and 7-day classes with a maximum of four Golfers per class to ensure a customized experience. Each day Golfers will work on their game for 4-hours in the morning session and then enjoy 9-holes of On-Course Instruction in the afternoon with their Instructor to integrate their improved ball-striking techniques with their on the golf course game. In addition, once the Golfer gets back home, the GMS Instructor For Life program guarantees that each Golfer receives free customized advice, tips, drills and exercises for the life of their game.
