Program Finalized For Golfest Scottsdale November 10 & 11, 2007

Orlando, Fla., (Nov. 6, 2007) -Golfweek, the publication preferred by serious golfers, has finalized its schedule for Golfest Scottsdale presented by Winn Grips at WestWorld on Nov. 10-11, 2007, which includes PGA Tour professionals Ted Purdy and Kirk Triplett, and Scottsdale residents Scott Sackett, Penny Pulz and Paul Ruth.

The main stage schedule for Saturday and Sunday are as follows:

Saturday, November 10

10 am – Paul Ruth, SwingFlex Therapy

11 am – Penny Pulz, 2-time LPGA Champion; owner of the Penny Pulz Golf Academy

12 pm – Peter Johncke, Trick Shot Master

1 pm – Ted Purdy, 2005 EDS Byron Nelson Champion

2 pm – Scott Sackett, Director of Instruction, PGA Tour Golf Academy

3 pm – Brad Denton, Golf Entertainer

Sunday, November 11

10 am – Peter Johncke, Trick Shot Master

11 am – Paul Ruth, SwingFlex Therapy

12 pm – Scott Sackett, Director of Instruction, PGA Tour Golf Academy

1 pm – Krik Triplett, PGA TOUR player and champion of the 2006 Chrysler

Classic of Tucson

2 pm – Penny Pulz, 2-time LPGA Champion; owner of the Penny Pulz Golf Academy

3 pm – Brad Denton, Golf Entertainer

"We’re really looking forward to this weekend’s Golfest. At Golfweek’s Golfest Scottsdale presented by Winn Grips — the Southwest’s largest outdoor golf lifestyle event and demo day–consumers will be able to try and buy the latest and greatest golf equipment while enjoying free golf clinics, golf entertainment, contests and fun for the entire family.

This year Van’s Golf shops will offer free vouchers for a $10 gift card with each Golfest ticket. And as a major partner, the Arizona Golf Association will hold clinics and skills games, while raising money for its junior golf charity.

Golfweek’s Golfest Scottsdale presented by Winn Grips, provides ample activities to keep both golfers and their families entertained, including:

FREE sleeve of golf balls, while supplies last

Unlimited practice balls to demo major equipment brands

One FREE club regripping by Winn Grips, one per attendee, no putters

Try out a Cutters glove, the world’s highest performing golf glove, while trying out the newest equipment

Skills games for AGA Junior Golf charity presented by Arizona Golf Association

Tickets are $10 at www.golfest.com and at all Van’s Golf Shops, tickets are also available at the gate. Children 16 and under are FREE. Paid admission includes entry into the festival, unlimited range balls to sample the latest golf equipment, plus discounts and coupons from exhibitors and sponsors.
